MNS is organizing at least every 2 years the Mediterranean Congress of Neurology in a different country which will be decided by the General Assembly during the previous Congress. Other scientific meetings will be organized as necessary.

The 1^st Mediterranean Congress of Neurology took place in Limassol, Cyprus on 27 April 2002

The 2nd Mediterranean Congress of Neurology took place in Nicosia Cyprus, Cyprus on 2 April 2004 due to the cancellation of the 2^nd Mediterranean Congress that was decided to take place in Tunisia.
